Prior to starting a course, a pre-assessment is given to the student to determine their specific training needs. From there, training is done at the pace they are most comfortable, using a comprehensive approach to reinforce learning.

This proven process features one-on-one instructor coaching, multimedia online courses, and authorized vendor courseware to ensure proper skill development.

Additionally, with classroom-based Mentored Learning students have their own networked environments, which enable Instructors to manage hands-on lab exercises that mirror the professional environment. After each course, a post-assessment is completed to help gauge return on investment and productivity enhancements. Students have the opportunity to move on to the next course - even on the same day.

 
The Mobile Mentored Learning Approach
Some students want the flexibility of Mentored Learning but do not want to do their training in the classroom.  For those students, Mobile Mentored Learning is an excellent alternative.  Mobile Mentored Learning offers the Mentored Learning experience on the go!  In addition to the authorized courseware, Mobile Mentored Learning Programs include the practice exams and certification exam vouchers.  The video instruction content is pre-loaded onto an iPod® touch®--which is the student's to keep--making learning completely portable anytime, anywhere.  Mobile Mentored Learning students also receive the video content on DVDs so it can be viewed on a PC when students want to practice concepts.  Live mentor support is available 24x7 to Mobile Mentored Learning students through Learning Zone--via phone, email or online.
