Cisco Learning Credits

Investing in your Cisco network or IP Phones is only half the story.  Optimizing it is the other half.  Get the training you need to gain greater productivity for your organization and to maximize your investment.  New Horizons Computer Learning Centers of Michigan delivers Cisco Authorized training as a Sponsored Organization of Element K, a Cisco Learning Solutions Partner.

Customers have the ability to secure and protect their training budget up front by purchasing Cisco training in the form of Cisco Learning Credits (CLC) with their initial product purchase or separately through their Reseller.

 Important Notes about Redeeming Cisco Learning Credits: 

• Each CLC pays for $100 USD worth of Cisco Authorized training and is valid for one year from the date of purchase.

• CLC can be redeemed at New Horizons Computer Learning Centers of Michigan for any Cisco open-enrollment class, client-site/group training, custom classes and Online LIVE courses.

• CLC can not be redeemed for Online NOW libraries.

• CLC should be redeemed prior to their expiration date to avoid the loss of credits.

• For assistance with developing a Cisco Training Plan and estimating CLC needs, please contact a New Horizons Account Executive.

• For companies with multiple locations – including offices outside of Michigan - New Horizons of MI can facilitate the redemption of Cisco Learning Credits at any New Horizons Learning Center in the US.
