Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Certifications

 

New Horizons offers ITIL training that can help you develop and implement IT service management standards within your organization in order to decrease the cost of business and improve customer satisfaction.  ITIL certification validates your understanding of ITIL principles and your ability to implement them.

ITIL certifications are awarded by the Examination Institute for Information Sciences (EXIN), a founding member of the international ITIL certification board, together with the UK Office of Government Commerce (OGC) and the IT Service Management Forum UK (itSMF).

EXIN offers three certificates in IT Service Management, based on ITIL:

ITIL Certifications

Foundation

The Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management guarantees your understanding of the basic terms, concepts, and relationships between ITIL processes.

Practitioner

The Practitioner Certificate in IT Service Management validates your abilities in the specialized and practical aspects of various clustered ITIL processes, including Release & Control and Support & Restore.

Manager

The Manager Certificate in IT Service Management provides you with internationally recognized credentials that show you have clearly demonstrated your ability to implement and manage the overall IT Service provision.
